Coverage is region by region, and grows as each pack is built and checked. Built so far: Tasmania, Victoria, Iceland and Namibia. Selecting a region you have not downloaded before fetches its pack once, then it works offline. A region with no official warning feed says so instead of showing nothing.

Sea level is a modelled value, not an official tide prediction. Warnings show an "as at" time: an empty list means nothing has been reported, not that everywhere is safe.
